To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)/Yard Logistics (YL) Associate Consultant who enjoys project-based work in a dynamic environment with an intercultural team. The position requires a positive learning attitude as well as basic understanding of industry and/or specific business processes. The Associate Consultant is someone who has already been exposed to SAP logistic applications even though without an end-to-end project execution experience.

 

Job Tasks

  • Execution of tasks within any kind of projects (new implementation, maintenance project, education and marketing material preparation) such as:
    1. Support Business Blueprint documentation
    2. Support solution configuration of designed processes in the system
    3. Testing execution (Unit Test, Functional Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test e No Regression test)
    4. Support Workshops and training material preparation
    5. Deliver project documentation such are end user training and basic functional specifications
    6. End super support during hypercare period and/or maintenance projects. Use of project-related applications such as JIRA, SOLMAN, HPALM etc.
  • Contribute to teamwork
  • Participate in Demos and POCs
  • Continue to learn and develop technical SAP and business expertise
  • Active support in Knowledge Management & Innovation activities

 

Experience & Educational Requirements

Required characteristics:

  • Bachelor-degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
  • Exposed to SAP and initial experience in supply chain management acquired through training, internships or as a student trainee
  • Proactive team member who expresses interest in learning and contributing
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Travel up to 80% (While 50%-80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred characteristics:

  • Master-degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
  • Basic understanding of industry and/or specific business processes
  • Basic knowledge of one or more of the following SAP modules: Transportation Management (TM); Material Management (MM); Extended Warehouse Management (EWM); Logistics Execution (LE); Sales and Distribution (SD)
